Shipping Policy
We offer free upgrades to priority shipping for customers who join our mailing list.
We ship to physical addresses within the United States and Canada only.
Regular Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Not all items are stocked physically in store, and maybe subject to increased processing time.
Custom Bicycle Builds delivery will be highly variable depending on parts availability. Expect minimum 2-4 weeks for custom build delivery.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
Shipping insurance is available for the full value of shipped bikes, this service can be added for an additional fee at the customers request.
Return / Cancel Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items, and a 14-day return policy for all bicycles.
All bicycle returns and special order cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. .
To initiate a return, please contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your returned item, or cancellation request we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
